2024-2025 Class Registration is Now Open!

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE REGISTERING FOR CLASSES:

Family membership is required beforehand

Is your family currently registered at Cornerstone?

If NO:

· Sign up for membership HERE (or click Join at the top of the home page).
· Once approved, come back to this page for class registration steps.

If YES:

· Simply login with your existing account (click Login at the top of the page).
· Renew by updating your family profile, and forms, and pay the annual family membship fee.

If not yet prompted for this, your next login will require renewal as accounts for returning families have been set to renew.
Renewal is required each year you are a member.

Following membership approval (new families), or renewal (returning families), proceed to the below.

Class Registrations Open on the Following Dates

Returning Families:  Thursday, May 9, 2024

New Members:  Thursday, May 16, 2024

NOTE: You are encouraged to connect with instructors ahead of registering to answer any questions and confirm the right fit for your students.

· This will help minimize the possibility of changes after you register.

Course Track Definitions*

Tracks are associated with each class and are defined as follows:

Track 1: Ages 4-6 Track 3: Ages 8-10 Track 5: Ages 12-14
Track 2: Ages 6-8 Track 4: Ages 10-12 Track 6: Ages 14-18

*generally based on age as of October 1st

If there are questions regarding fit of a class for your student, please talk to the listed instructor or admin.

CLASS REGISTRATION STEPS:

1. Log into your account (top of www.cornerstoneacademymn.com home page)
   
   
2. Go to: Register for Classes (on navigation bar)
   
   
3. View the Class Matrix, and click on first class your student wants to register for (refresh page if class links don't work)
   
   
4. Specify the student enrolling in course by clicking appropriate box next to student's name
   
   
5. Click "Register" (please use the waitlist if class is at capacity, or talk with the instructor)
   
   
6. Repeat above steps for each additional class and student until complete.
   
   
7. To verify everything in one view for your family, go to "Class Registration Summary", or your parent dashboard.
   
   
8. Print your class registration summary for personal records, or for students to bring with them on their first day (so that minimal assistance is needed to find where and when each class is).
   
   
9. Click "View statement of account to pay" and complete payment according to policy:
   

· If you have the ability to pay the entire balance up front, please do so as this will help Cornerstone Christian Academy maintain financial stability and obligations to our instructors for their amazing work.

· If unable to pay in full up front, you will have the option of splitting evenly into two payments with deadlines as follows:

Payment # 1:  September 20, 2024 (minimum of 50%)
Payment # 2:  January 17, 2024 (remaining balance)

· Peferred payment method: PayPal  (mailing a check to Cornerstone is possible, but not preferred)

· Cancellations:  If you need to drop/cancel a class, please do so within 2 weeks of the start of the semester. We will be refining this process in the near future to make the best possible experience for all – if you have questions, feel free to speak with an administrator.
