Nira teaches Spanish at Cornerstone.

She is a first-generation Venezuelan American who grew up in a home where Spanish language, vibrant food, and joyful celebrations were always at the center of family life. Deeply connected to her culture, she continues to seek opportunities to share those traditions and experiences with others whenever she can.

Before stepping into the world of teaching, Nira built a successful career as a celebrity wedding planner in Los Angeles. After selling her company in 2019, she embraced a more creative and intentional path as a floral enthusiast and baker. In 2022, Nira relocated with her husband and two daughters to Buffalo, Minnesota, where they enjoy a quieter life surrounded by farms while learning the beauty of slower living.
