Mrs. Mandy Ellingson To All Instructors

Mandy teaches Kindergarten at Cornerstone. 

She graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree in Elementary Education with a specialty in Pre-Primary Education. Mandy has been a teacher for 17 years, 14 of that in Kindergarten, 2 years in Preschool and 1 year in 1st grade.

Mandy has felt the pull to move from the public schooling world to the homeschool world over the past couple of years. The things that are being taught don’t align with her beliefs so she wanted to be able to teach the truth to both her kids as well as others!

Mandy lives with her family in Buffalo. She has been married to her highschool sweetheart Chad for 16 years and have 2 beautiful boys, Danny (11) and Porter (6). They live in Buffalo along with their dog Ellie and cat Pete! If you don’t see her out with her boys playing basketball, you may see her on the lake fishing and boating! Mandy is also the Early Childhood Director at Connection Pointe Church, where she has the great privilege of serving the babies through Kindergarten students!
